Here in Coast the kitchen
is characterized from thousand tastes and from the love for
the simplicity and for the tradition; they are these the factors
that make our unique kitchen, where the perfume of the sea often
melts him with that of the hinterland.The recipes of the tradition
belong to the cultural patrimony of our territory, and they
tell a lot us of our past and of our roots, for this here in
Romagna the culinary tradition is very strong and respected,
and it seemed us important to describe its essential lines.
Among the great variety of the traditional food stuff we find
the famous and ancient one "Piadina"
that it is historically accompanied with products of season:
raw grasses of garden or crushes, cabbages, “stridoli”,
